About the Chairman :
The Chairman & Founder of the organization Sri. Sathyanarayana Reddy, is a retired Motor Vehicle’s Inspector from Transport Department, Govt. of Andhra Pradesh, and as a organizing secretary / vice president of All India Federation of Motor Vehicles Dept. and Technical Officers Association. He has conducted several seminars on Road Safety and road accidents in all capital cities of India. He is a good organizer in conducting programs. He was instrumental in setting up a modernized and compact state of the art driving test track at Nagole, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, and this track was visited by several state Transport Ministers/ Transport Commissioners and was appreciated by them. His vision is to set up a training and research institute on regular basis to improve skills of Driving and Road Safety. With this background he has opted for voluntary retirement and after voluntary retirement the task of conducting defencive / refresher courses to drivers has been taken up and the institute was set up. The main objective is to spread the activities in all districts of AP state by conducting defencive / refresher driving courses, as there are no sufficient opportunities to the driver community to undergo training to improve their skills and to ensure the road safety. He has also taken up Road Traffic Education programs for the school children by floating a trust namely “Maddi Laxmi Yadagiri Reddy Memorial Trust” in the year 2003, and thousands of school children have been given awareness on this subject. The main object of this program is to enlighten the school children of rural areas about Road Traffic Education before they proceed for higher education in urban areas and for students who are not able to continue further studies and selecting driving as their profession, and obtaining driving licenses.
